In the search results, select Programs and Features. No other user in that entire company is having this issue, so I'm Isolating it down to the outlook client in some way.maybe IE. If you put in her allows you access.if you hit allows you access still.but if you try to access another account it asks for the login pass again (?) The login screen i'm mentioning is similar to the exchange login if you use it.

The issue is, this one user for some odd reason keeps getting the windows login (not crm login) but windows login asking for username and pass when she accesses ACCOUNTS ONLY in crm.not leads.not reports or anything else.just ACCOUNTS. You’ve tried everything including a “repair” of Outlook and removing the app and re-adding it for the user. There is a workaround for this, after installation but before CRM Configuration copy the Microsoft.IdentityModel DLL from a systems assembly cache and install using the visual studio gacutil or any other utility. Everyone else seems to be just fine, it’s just one user experiencing the problem. Now it’s throwing errors like “Tracking failed”. The Dynamics 365 App for Outlook has been working fine with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) for months.
